Like Pete Samson I was lucky enough to see Dave Underwood. As a 13/14 year old I always stood behind the Watling Street end goal, not changing ends at h/t. I will always remember that, we going for a high ball, he would not call out " Keeper" but " Uncle Dave's ball" Congrats also to Marcus.

Pete
I am another one that remembers Underwood especially his first year with us 1958-59, but then I can remember some of the players around him to like Chris Adams the little left winger, Johnny Ashen the blond centre half, Graham Englefield the full back with hair and Jeff Newstead the full back with little hair who was not too old but I thought was far too old for football and now I have a similar hairstyle, but most of all as I had mentioned elsewhere on the old web the main man Tommy Huckstepp with his 54 goals in 51 appearances.
I'm sure that you remember the above players to but the trouble with me is remembering the names of some of the players that we will be signing for next season apart from those carried over from last season and I have to rely on The Duke & The 5th for the first few games.

They apparently triggered the release clause in his contract, Luton having also shown interest in him. The Cowleys have described his move as a reality check for the club, but financially good for club and player.

Tyrone Sterling has left Bromley. Slightly surprising, having been a regular.

Thats a great opportunity for Ebou and even though its our arch rivals I wish him well , at least he can live at home on the cheap , I bet Orient fans are jacked of as they really rated him !!!!!!!

His career is in free fall then. From Leyton Orient to Ebbsfleet, is bad enough for him.
