I have been informed by chairman Steve that yes he did play for Enfield and yes he scored at Wembley.

Wow so it is him , I have not seen him for 35 years . My dad lived near Enfield so he used to take me to the matches . I always spoke to him before matches and was at Wembley when he scored .

Good win for our girls yesterday. Darts played some nice football at times and it was good to be in the ground again. It finished 8-0 but could easily have been 12 or more. To be fair to Ramsgate, they were completely outclassed but never stopped trying. I've watched a few of these ladies games and they're getting better all the time, but I think the biggest problem is that you do get some hopeless mis-matches in ability at times, which inevitably leads to high scores. I think the more girls that take up the game, the more things will gradually level out.

Watched the highlights and here's my feedback:

There are many occasions when a simple pass is on but not taken, please girls, to improve overall play, don't go for the glory when a simple pass is on, this will come in handy when playing a much better side than Ramsgate.

That being said, well done to the team for an empathic win and now into the first qualifying round.

The team are away this weekend in the L&SEPWL to Denham Fc for their 2 league game.

Another good win for the Team, Denham missed a penalty, but did pull one back, but it finished 2-1 to the Darts, good start to the season for them, with a max 6 points in the bag. At home next week in the Cup 2pm kick off.

The Women ran out 7-1 winners against Winchester City Flyers today in the Vitality FA Women's Cup. Scorers were Read, Gibbs, Dyett, Adams, Stevens (pen), Brinkley & OG.

Can I sponsor OG ?
