Matchday 3 morning. A toughie awaits today in the form of the ante post favourites to win the league this season. We are going to need to compete both on and off the pitch today. Its COYD all the way today lads

Well said after, Arfur. If we thought the previous 2 were matches were a test, this one goes up a notch. We will certainly need to close them down and restrict them building from the back. Should be a cracker.

Would be nice to think that if such an important player as Noble was available again we would’ve heard something. Assuming he isn’t then, the midfield should comprise of Allen and Greenhalgh, with Wanadio left and Hayes right. Cunnington up top with Pugh for me - therefore consigning Wabo and Nasha to the bench. The back four is an interesting one since it’s not possible to accommodate Bonner, Hill and Vint. Not sure what we do there. Don’t see a reason to change the full backs.
The strong SW wind could be a factor from the car park end so if Smith is going to try his luck it ought to be in the first half. Just aim for the banana.

Didn't understand that one H&A, Still.
Windy today, hopefully the rain will stay away. Look forward to another entertaining game with a tightened defence and attacking football.

I just hope the wind doesn't spoil the game. It is supposed to be less violent later today.

I've been watching a little of the Punjab United F A Cup match on television. Both teams seem to be keeping the ball on the ground a lot better than many National South teams do in windy weather.
