Mark Onyemah & Lee Noble Updates
Re: Mark Onyemah & Lee Noble Updates
Real shame about Mark and wish him well and he gets well soon.
Re: Mark Onyemah & Lee Noble Updates
I don't think the loan signing of Liam Gordon for a month will solve the problem. Onyemah was the best full back we've had for a very long time. Hopefully we can bring in another very good full back permanently.
Re: Mark Onyemah & Lee Noble Updates
Most probably Mark was on monthly terms and after the experience of Duane's injury saga a couple of seasons back I expect the club were wary of history repeating itself. Unlucky timing for Mark but hamstrings can be difficult protracted injuries to clear up especially following a long time out. Hopefully he can regain full fitness and get back playing again asap. Best of luck in the future Mark, he obviously enjoyed his time at P. P. judging by his farewell message.
Re: Mark Onyemah & Lee Noble Updates
We need players who are regularly fit and able to play most games, we have many players who have a regular pattern of getting injured or who have suffered long term injuries and are likely to get injured again.
When fit these are some of our better players however as time passes and players get to their early 30's recovery takes longer to heal.

I agree with most of that, but I think Mark is only 23 and I am sure he will go on to have a good career.

I am truly gutted that we have lost Mark, he had remarkable stamina but the injuries he's had have taken their toll. When TB got him back in a Dartford shirt a few seasons ago I was well pleased.
Good luck Mark wherever you go or in whatever you do.
