Darts v Chippenham (Sat 26th Oct 3pm)
Currently on an 8 game unbeaten run. Hopefully they will be distracted by the prospect of their upcoming FA Cup match against Northampton.

I hope that we can get a win,I leave by the Leigh city tech end and it is getting a drag walking behind celebrating away fans ie.Dorking,Slough and now Kingstonian.
I am sure that SK is the man to save our season and hopefully sort this squad out.

Looking forward to the game and further ahead how the team develops. The only realistic objective for me is to see improved performances as the season goes on and secure a comfortable league position. Steve Kings record suggests we have better times ahead so i hope the players want to be part of it and take the opportunity to show what they are capable of. We are low on numbers so will be good when we get the injured players back and if possible a new signing or two.

We certainly could do with a decent home performance but, more importantly, a win after 3 straight home defeats. I know it will be a while before the new management team impose its philosophy on the existing squad but am looking forward to seeing how we develop over the coming weeks.

Well we all need to put that cup disappointment behind us and get back to ensuring we stay in this division. I am quite sure that SK will bring in fresh faces (Loan deals?) soon to bolster the squad.
Hard work begins and by the sounds of it a new style of play. Team needs a lift and the new manager should provide and also the 12th man, go fans!

Will be missing this one. Let's hope we find a way to defend. Can't see anyone being brought in late on that would make a significant impression on recent performances. Chippenham on a roll and their up and coming FA Cup match is only a bonus for them, financially and team spirit wise. I expect a gruelling game for the home side. Be nice to think we may get SOMETHING.
Up the Darts.
Up the Darts.

Did I see somewhere that we had a forward on loan from Cambridge Utd, just had a look on the main website but can't find anything to back this up with.
Tom Knowles is the player but cannot find out too much about him, guess he is going to be our new target man.

Tom Knowles was reported last weekend to have joined Chelmsford. It was in the Former Players thread because Tom had been on loan at Dartford in the past.

I don't think so, his interview on the radio suggested that he wants to bring in people who would be good enough to stay and help with next season's promotion drive. I was encouraged by that as I'm not really a fan of the whole loan player thing.El Kebabus of Arabia wrote: ↑Wed Oct 23, 2019 4:43 am I am quite sure that SK will bring in fresh faces (Loan deals?) soon to bolster the squad.
