We can confirm that Adam Cunnington has left the club by mutual consent. We thank him for his hard work and commitment since joining us and wish him all the best for the future
Very surprised at this especially considering our injury situation. Felt he was very inconsistent but was a threat up top.
The club is a mess at the moment. No depth.

Re: Adam Cunnington
Unfortunately he was nowhere near the Adam Cunnington of old. I believe we tried to sign him shortly after Luke Wilkinson, his former Dagenham team mate, when we were in the National League. In those days he tore us apart when playing for Tamworth before going on to be a further thorn in our side, by winning the penalty that resulted in our 0-1 defeat away to Bristol Rovers. A night I will never forget when an over zealous steward was escorted from the ground by two of his own colleagues!
Re: Adam Cunnington
I'm not surprised. With the right support I still think he'd do a decent job but he seemed to be getting more and more frustrated and Saunders will probably want to bring in some of his own people anyway.

No, my fingers slipped whilst typing. Seriously though, I don't know anything it's just that I've always believed that Jay Saunders would be deemed "best fit" and I still do. We'll find out soon anyway.TheLongHall wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2019 1:38 pm That was naughty Mike . Some inside info you want to share
Happy birthday by the way.
Re: Adam Cunnington
I hope its not saunders as in my opinion it shows a lack of ambition, by letting Adam go they must know who is going to take over surely no one would be allowed to leave beofre a new manager comes in the same as any new players being signedspike wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2019 1:51 pmNo, my fingers slipped whilst typing. Surprised by the timing, with the news of Charlie's injury, but I agree he has never looked happy.
