Well here we go again on the Road to riches, we say it every year, a good run in the FA Cup will bring in a tidy sum. So let's be 'on it' on Saturday and get the result and be in the draw for the next round.

We will pocket £6,750 if we beat Horsham. It will be tough as they have the best defensive record in the Isthmian Premier, only conceding 4 goals.

I think TB will be excited to be in the fa cup again and hopefully take us on a decent run to get some money in the coffers and build confidence

After the turgid start to the season we have had, it would be nice if we could go on a bit of a run in the cup. last week was a huge step in the right direction after the awfull start, and it should give us a bit of confirdence (but hopefully not overconfidence) against Horsham and their defence.

DFC should have the capability to beat any team in the level below us but the reality we are not playing very well at the moment and we have weaknesses. Horsham are fairly high up in their division so this will not be easy .
It is essential that our best 11 is selected and the whole squad is motivated to win
Progress to the first round would be a real boost and to still be in the FA Cup when the new manager is appointed would be something he can strive to maintain along with safety in this division
