Charlie Kerr
I was very sorry to hear that Charlie is leaving his post as Head Groundsman on 20th September. The improvement in the pitch since he joined the club has been very noticeable. Fortunately I gather that the company for which he has worked will continue to provide a Groundsman for Princes Park.

yup good work Charlie - thanks
Re: Charlie Kerr
Charlie's work has been outstanding and his amazing improvement of the pitch is a common subject of conversation amongst us fans. In fact in over half a century supporting the Darts, I don't think I've ever known a groundsman's work to be so recognised and appreciated. It's a real shame that he's leaving but since he's going to Chelsea I think we can forgive him as it is a small step upwards. So long Charlie and thank you.
Re: Charlie Kerr
I'd say more sideways Spike?
But all the best Chas, who can forget that game v H & R on Easter Monday a couple of seasons ago in a good old fashioned Mudbath when Alfie nicked it at the end......Classic!!

The pitch has certainly been looking the best it’s ever been and that’s all thanks to Charlie’s hard work. Good Luck Charlie and thanks for all your efforts.
