Concord (A) Sat 14th Sep 3pm

Post by spike »

Concord are doing pretty well, currently in 5th with 17 points, somewhere around where I would have expected us to be. Tough game but the improved effort on Saturday means I am looking forward to it as I feel we can at least go there with some degree of hope. It may be too late for any sort of challenge, but I remain convinced that as soon as our players start performing anywhere near their potential we will start climbing the table. With TB at the helm we're back in safe hands so no need to rush any decisions.

Another one of those 42 very tough games ;)

The ref was to blame completely for our defeat (reading social media) on Saturday.

So we need the squad fitter, we need a decent ref and the rub of the green, oh and we need the squad to be together - the cliques can go and do one - TB will sort some of that out but what we really need is a fresh start, a blank canvass, no nonsense manager who will take full control of the first team and get it playing like a team who look like they mean business.

Not much to ask.

Hoping for a result on the Island.

In our current plight (in the relegation zone) I don't think anybody should be "happy" with a point...

I hope that we can stop leaking goals otherwise we will have to score 3 at least to Get any sort of result.
I hope that TB can get a left back in soon
Flisher has done well but we need him up the pitch.
