Chris Kinnear all day long for me. Well respected and has the best CV of all the Kent based manager's. He would turn us around 100%.

Please. Please look outside of the club and the old boys network. We need an experienced manager the best we can get and afford. This decision is, so important after all the disappointments of late

As i already have said I'm 100% behind Chris Kinnear being the new manager.but he wouldn't want TB telling who to sign and who to get rid of.
The same with Liam Daish and i don't think we could afford him.

I would take TB for the next few weeks to stable the ship, whilst we look around and make the RIGHT decision. Please, please, please think about who would be the right fit!

In reality, for good or ill, the Contracted Squad, are currently the Players who will turn out under any new Manager chosen.
In reality, available Managers in September, are not normally unemployed by choice.
Some say that it's a good squad poorly managed. Some say it's a poor squad, poorly managed.

There will undoubtedly be hats thrown into the ring. There will undoubtedly be 'Names' posted by Fans who, recall past successes and glories enjoyed by those currently unemployed. It 'aint' Rocket Science. The current Budget clearly has long term commitment. Any Mansger coming in from the 'available' list, will expect further Funding, and in themselves will be a further Gamble on Club Funds.

We are all Supporters of this Club. Luckily, I would say, we are not the Board , making the decisions for the whole Company.
