Sadly, given they were renewed in the summer, I think the board are too spineless to admit they have made a mistake. So the dross will continue.

Agreed, perhaps TB - the guy a number of fans thought was not the right man but who consistently competed at this level.

Sadly don't think Tony would come back.
I feel like we need to look elsewhere - outside of ex players. Get someone in with experience who knows how to manage a club at this level and take them to the next step.
