El Kebabus, the MOTM voting shows you how well he has played.
Strange indeed.
Dartford Players of The Past
Re: Dartford Players of The Past
I wonder who will play at left back tomorrow, I wouldn't want Tom B in there again. I can't believe both manager's wanted Luke out the door, sounds like more muddling going on in the background, do they flip a coin or do they play rock, paper, scissors to come to these bizarre decisions. All will be revealed tomorrow I guess.

Don’t forget - they agree on everything, as disclosed to the press just over a year ago.Jonty wrote: ↑Fri Aug 30, 2019 5:21 pm I wonder who will play at left back tomorrow, I wouldn't want Tom B in there again. Re: Dartford Players of The Past
I am absolutely disgusted and embarrassed by what is going on at our club. Luke's departure, and the reasons behind it, is the last straw for me. I really feel for Luke because he's clearly been the best player in our back line but has been hung out to dry by some of his under-performing team-mates. Shame on those involved.
Flanners and Coyley were great players but they are awful managers and I have zero confidence in either of them. They were the wrong choice to begin with and then giving them a bigger budget and keeping them for another season made absolutely no sense to me. The squad has broken up into cliques and the team spirit and togetherness that Tony Burman used to engender is but a distant memory. They were supposedly appointed because they would be akin to "the Dartford way". Absolute tosh!!!
I am so bloody angry about what has happened to Luke that I'm not going to pretend anymore. I support the football club but not these two managers. As far as I'm concerned they are a liability and I just want them gone before they do any more damage. It doesn't matter if we win tomorrow and I don't want to wait for 10 games, their departure can't come soon enough.

Absolutely spot on Spike, agree with everything 100%.
I want them gone and there is absolutely nothing that will change my mind.

Well said Spike, fellows if your reading turn the lights out on your way out!
Re: Dartford Players of The Past
What is the reasoning behind Luke’s departure, I know Park life said there were rumours but I have heard nothing

Re: Dartford Players of The Past
I am not and have not been a fan of the managers since the crumble that happened at the end of last season. That should have been the wake up call for the board to make a decision. As posted before me they didn’t make that decision and added an even bigger budget for them to use. Despite the managers wanting to let Luke and Nasha go, I assume they don’t have that power to just make that decision so the board have allowed this happen. Are the board as deluded as the two managers too?

Re: Dartford Players of The Past
Having signed extra players because of the injury crisis immediately before the season began I had anticipated that some would have to leave once others returned, in order to get the club back on budget. I am not too surprised that Nasha has been released, but Luke does surprise me a lot. I would not be surprised if more need to go to wipe out the overspend.
