A point away from home against a team who were rock bottom of the table and had lost 5/7 games. Phenomenal result.Pedro wrote: ↑Mon Aug 26, 2019 3:58 pmScored two goals for the second consecutive game earned us a point away from home. It’s better than a loss and before the weekend started I would have been happy with 4 points just a shame we could not hold on for the victory but I believe slowly we are no moving in the right directionUpTheDarts wrote: ↑Mon Aug 26, 2019 4:00 pmA point away from home against a team who were rock bottom of the table and had lost 5/7 games. Genuinely cannot believe what I am seeing. 2018 we missed out on the title and promotion on goal difference. We were all gutted and disappointed. Now there's people on here happy/satisfied with us showing relegation form?
We carry on like we are we will be relegated before we know it. And the further down we go, the harder it will be for us to bounce back.

Agreed, not really much to call between top and bottom at this time in the season. Clearly we have things to sort out but true support is what the Club needs to help with confidence throughout the squad - including the management team.JCJ wrote: ↑Mon Aug 26, 2019 4:05 pmIt’s better than a loss and before the weekend started I would have been happy with 4 points just a shame we could not hold on for the victory but I believe slowly we are no moving in the right directionUpTheDarts wrote: ↑Mon Aug 26, 2019 4:00 pmA point away from home against a team who were rock bottom of the table and had lost 5/7 games. Getting Andy Pugh fully fit will make a difference and good to see he scored today - at East Thurrock

Disappointed with the draw. Apart from the 1st 10 minutes we were very good first half and fully deserved to be in front. 2nd half was more of a battle and we did fight. Unfortunately they got a late goal after a rebound from a good save from our keeper. Not entirely sure what happened.
We go again Saturday

It's annoying (for me) that we can never get a result against Hungerford at their place (L-L-L-D). The company I work for is based in... drum roll.... Hungerford. They are one of the club sponsors & have the company logo on the pitch side hoardings.
