Constant whining and criticism does get people down and demoralise them and affects performance and results, if you don't understand that you don't understand much.

Well, this time last year you moaners even said it was right to change even after a bad start even after doing as good as we could hope for so here we are again, more of the same all round. We came second in a 1 horse race.
The change is not the change people wanted is it.
Whoever runs the club should not and probably doesn’t make decisions based on some opinions on here.
