A great attitude in staying with the new regime, Lee. Let's hope the calf niggle clears soon so we can all enjoy a successful season, and that your never-give-up style rubs off on the new boys.

I said on the previous forum that Noble was just about my favourite player to pull on a Dartford shirt due to a kaleidoscope of reasons; obviously his talent being the pinnacle, but also his incredible work rate and indefatigable style. He'd be an absolute nightmare to play against and clearly his loyalty to DFC knows no bounds. I had a chat with him after the Braintree game when moods were obviously low and Lee's certainly not an ebullient character but even given these factors I did infer that we might have seen him play his last game. What a genuine result then that he should pledge his future to the club. Genuine class, so pleased he's staying with us.
