I thought we played quite well. Didn't deserve to lose. Still all about getting match fit and I think some players are looking very sharp. Feeling optimistic

Today was probably the most disappointing friendly for me in terms of performance as we seemed to take a few steps backwards.
A few too many mistimed challenges resulting in giving away needless free kicks (although Orient did a few as well), the two goals conceded looked poor defensively and a few too many wayward passes.
On a positive it was good to see Nobes and Pughy back, Sam Blackman looks a good player and Josh Hill will make it a hard decision for Adam & Jamie to pick which two centre backs start the first game of the season.
All we need to do is start clicking in the final third and start creating and scoring a few goals, easy....

Nobody really stood out today, although Josh Hill looked ok. We desperately need a creative midfielder, or the forwards will struggle to score. If that was Orients full first team squad, I don`t think that they will set league 2 on fire.
