Yes very informative. However still can't work out how Guernsey have been allocated to the Isthmian South East division. Surely they could play at the same level but a bit closer to home.

What's close to Guernsey, apart from Jersey, Sark, Alderney etc?

True. But what i meant was teams in the South West instead of sides from Kent and Essex.

I guess it's to do with travel to and from the mainland with Gatwick flights perhaps being more frequent and regular to suit them and the opposition. Most in that division fairly close to Gatwick, while other teams in south and south-west being more widespread and further from local airports.
Don't suppose they would fancy playing in France which would be nearer.
