I think Jay Saunders would be a great replacement.

Ok humour is currently banned. No problem. Just a nice well mannered question here. Hypothetically if Jay Saunders did replace the boys (he wont) what would you do in 12 months time if he didn't come up to scratch. That's the question, not to be met well i think he will be good etc. What would you actually do if he didn't come up to scratch

These two have had 12 months and taken the club backwards this really can't carry on, time for a change is urgently required and if in 12 months the next boss doesn't better what these 2 have done or more like not done then we look again. But we need someone with NO previous connections to the club and has fresh ideas.

Capricorn let's get this straight then. Humour is banned but you can hurl boy scout type insults at two loyal DFC people. Your not a fan. Don't ever pretend to be. Pathetic

Just don't get this. It seems from now on we employ someone at the helm. If they don't do we get rid of them. So it is possible hypothetically once again to have a new manager in place every year for 10 years if we have no success

Also when the board carry on with them (correct in my mind but i get pelters simply for that view) and they were successful next season what would all the critics say then. Oh I'm sorry I was wrong, they made me eat my words thats how easy it is to get out of it if you actually turn out to be wrong. I'm not arguing with anybody, people are replying and in some cases to my face with your wrong or worse than that for simply saying I want them to be given longer. It's incredible the vitriol being chucked around.

Today's the day when they will know there fate, but i expect the board to stick with them for next season, and i honestly think the NLS wont be as tough next season so a great chance to make the play offs at the least.
