There is a 30-year-old defender of that name who has played for a lot of clubs, many on loan, but made nearly 200 appearances for AFC Wimbledon. Has had a spell at Welling recently, so likely to be the right man.

Having been told that decisions on those players on trial were being made after last Saturday's game but not yet had any information on those decisions can we assume those in the squad tonight are the ones staying?
