Let’s hope next season we have somebody in charge that’s actually got a clue what they are doing with only one person in charge.

Those 2 clowns have to go no other option. Fingers crossed somebody without any Dartford links will come in and take charge.

We finished 10th in the end as Slough threw it away and conceded 2 goals in 2 minutes against Truro in the 92nd & 94th minutes to finish 3-3.

A negative goal difference, I would not have predicted that before the start of the season. Whatever way you look at it, the whole season has been a disaster and one or both managers need to do the right thing. Chris Kinnear would be my choice although some on here will feel this is being disrespectful at this moment in time. The bottom line is, I can't see the current setup turning the ship around, they don't exactly have the best CV when it comes to football management.

Sorry, time for a change for me.

So everyone here agrees with what I've been saying for months, yet unfortunately a certain member of this forum only calls me out for "being negative" when I just want the best for this club

I did warn against Tshimanga!
So Wealdstone pinch the last spot. Have they been in the play off spots at anytime until today?

I would not take it personally UpTheDarts, you are only expressing an opinion. I get fed fed up with a particular poster who keep banging on about a certain player all the time and is generally unbalanced with his views but this is all part or the parcel of this forum.

With that, I have to thank the excellent work that Mr Gary Clark puts in place with this forum and yes Pete Samson, you did warn us beforehand about Tshimanga.

So, we ended up 2 points off the play off spots. Way to many dropped points.. this game summed up our season!

Mangers have got to go, awful decisions all year.. get rid

Players, Clear the majority out and keep a few, get players who will want to play for the shirt and are established at this level

Board, Make this club full time this summer with the right young players and lets build a squad again and compete and get this club back where is belongs!!

What a disaster at the end of the season. Just to add to other voices, the fact is we started with a very average squad, and seemed to be tinkering with it throughout. My gut feeling was tge managerial appointment was a matey sort of thing, rather than selecting the best from a number af decent applicants

I don't see how we csn afford to go full time, but while I loathe calling for sackings, that's where I am right now. We need a decent mansger, and he needs to do a job rebuilding the squad.

Certainly a disappointing Season , in a number of ways. But, on reflection, and in consideration of the "Rebuild", I never really expected other than mid table, from cobbling together more or less a complete squad.

I keep reading about preferredt Managers on here, who on examination, are from lists of those sacked elsewhere, but who have, in their pasts , had well publicised 'Glory Days', with very well funded squads.

I am confident that an unemotional approach for moving into 2019 /20 Season, will be formulated by those more responsible and experienced in the successes of Dartford Football Club,. It's proven over a significant number of years, Disappointments are part of Life, not sure why Football should be any different. But this Club is still as strong as ever, in my humble opinion.

The forum used to be great. We had "Mrs Gaz" at home relaying the action from "Mr Gaz" at the ground (before social media took hold). People used to get on, on here, plenty of posts, plenty of people online & it was great. Then as things progressed, you would get the odd whinger, then it would be people having a go at each other & not in a friendly way. This resulted in people posting less.

I posted some stats this season to someone's question, only to be called an anorak by someone else. No, not an anorak, just run a website for the past 13 years with stats on, apologies for that. Maybe I should stop it so you'll feel better?
