It appears that the winding up order that was issued last year is being heard tomorrow (20th)

This was explained by Gary Hill on KENT, although not exactly in a satisfactory way. Didn't do them any harm by the looks of things. :?

What ever we think there results under Hill are very good.
I expect a lot players to leave them in the close season and would think that they already favourites for relegation for next season.
We could benefit a lot from having some of their players next season, if we can afford to pay them the wages they want, as it appears they can't. There goalkeeper is probably the best in non league football

I cannot see many of Ebbsfleets players coming to us next season.
I do not know our wage structure but I honestly believe that we cannot afford them.
On the positive front I am so glad that we are run by our directors and are not some rich man's plaything.

Hopefully we will get promoted and then we will have to pay bigger wages to get better players.
I did hear that you have to pay around a grand a week at least to get a player of National league standard nowadays plus good expenses. That's scary.

And it also helps if you actually pay the wages........
Better to be guaranteed a decent wage than promised the earth and later down the line get nothing.
