I agree that it was wise to ask him to prove his fitness, Duke. On the other hand, he cannot be criticised for accepting a contract available now from a Manager with a proven record. The suggestion that he has been disloyal is unfair.

At no stage am I suggesting that Duane has been disloyal , he has received a great offer from Woking and would have been stupid NOT to have taken it instead of waiting for the Darts to decide IF they want to offer him a contract , little thing called " Bird in the hand ..... ! !!!!!!!
I do think Dowse has gambled but that up to him , NOT Duane ???

Isn't it nice to think we don't have the added burden of being one of the favourites for promotion next season?
We may end up being the 'surprise package' for the league. And then again.....

Goes to show what a talented squad we really had last season. TB had his critics with loyalty and a supposedly lack of contacts but he managed first to tempt them here and then to stay for as long as they did. Just a pity imo he mismanaged them. Still players come and players go, I just hope that Ryno and co don’t turn it on against us

I'd be more concerned about the Woking three than the Concord one!!

Duke-I appreciate that YOU have not suggested Duane has been disloyal. Others have said that he owed the club because it stood by him after his injury, paying for his operation.

Really Cap? didn't know that. That puts the pressure on players and management to provide the goods. I don't look at such things and get most of my information regarding that from here.
I must assume that Torquay and Riccay must be up there somewhere. I must say I'd sooner go with what we are seeing within the club and my gut feeling, not with what the bookies say. And before anyone comments, that is my gut feeling. I'd be happy with the top half this season. I know I should expect more.
