John Still retires from football management, remember his time at the Darts well as he assembled a very good team.
Wheeler has been sacked (sorry mutual consent), they are in deep trouble and really panicking down there.

I just hope Maidstone get in even more deep trouble. I can never forgive what they done to our club 30 year ago, and yes call me bitter and twisted, but that's me.Park Life wrote:John Still retires from football management, remember his time at the Darts well as he assembled a very good team.

John Still's Dartford side. The Best in my opinion. Didn't know how to stop attacking. Terry Sullivan, awesome.

Re: Still Retires Wheeler Gone
John Still did ok, but those other Johns, Messrs. Boyle & Biddle were in a totally different class
Mr Still a non-league legend.
At the other stage of their management career I thought Harry Wheeler would soon be gone when he came out with the statement that things were a lot worse at Maidstone than he thought. The last resort to blame someone else when things aren't going well, I expect Maidstone fans will compare him to John Still like the 2 Bs from above are by Darts fans.

Well, that didn't last long. John Still is M@i$tone's new manager and has taken Haken with him. They are a strange club, one minute their chairman says we have a small budget but admits its 3 times greater than the average Conference South club. He won't be cheap, he will cost them anything upto 2k per week. Good luck with that one.

Still had Hakan at Luton, and was a good partnership. I don't think it's good enough to stop Maidstone going down though.
