Sin Bins

I was talking to the Director of the Norfolk FA yesterday and he told me that sin bins (officially known as "temporary dismissals") will be introduced at all leagues at step 7 level and below at the start of the 2019/2020 season. This is for dissent only and any player guilty of this will receive a 10 minute dismissal (with a maximum of 3 per game). Should be interesting. I'd love to see it in the Premier League.
