Same as DK. Back to our place and a chance to progress. After our disaster in the FA Cup, a nice run in the trophy would be fun.

Two academy boys in the side? Perhaps if Charlie and Jamie had started we could have been looking at a win. The replay is Tuesday and Pavey is at Dover.
I'm away Tuesday for the replay, but then if Adam and Jamie start with that sort of side Tuesday night and I've travelled up from the Bay I may find I'm questioning why I came up. Especially if I'm trying to find somewhere to park. But then I won't have to face the Death stare of Wilkie, bless him.
Are there many clubs taking the Trophy seriously any more? Only when you get to the QF's it seems.
Roll on Torquay.
Up the Darts, Good Luck Tuesday.

Like Oymandias I struggle to understand the team selection. I mentioned earlier that we seemed to have only thirteen players available, including two goalkeepers, so the last thing I expected was to discover that the two main strikers had been left on the bench. Perhaps someone who was present will know something we don't.

Charlie has been ill all week and we would’ve only got about 40 minutes at best out of him, Philpott has some issues away from football he’s having to deal with that’s why neither started today.
Tom Bonner cried off last minute as unwell, we didn’t have much else as Murphy and Sam Yorke are on loan.

The big stand out player for me today was Taylor Fisher at left back, he was superb and played some fantastic through balls. He got my vote today.

We started off quick and looked dangerous for the first 20 or so minutes and should’ve been 1 up from Ryno with a wide open goal he left it to late with his shot and let the defender block it.
2nd half we was off the ball and gave them far to much time and space.

See how we play Tuesday.

For me, an interesting start on the plastic, and in general, plenty of good movement without scoring. 'Bourne came out second half more focussed in the increased 'wet', and set us a task.
As I rarely get excited about Newbies, I have to admit that Taylor Fisher minded me of young Leighton Baines. Stlll a way to go obviously, but certainly a 'football brain' and how to use it. Glad of a Home replay tuesday, especially if Princes Park gets a look at a really positive talent.

Thanks 5th Searcher- that makes sense now. I knew about Bonner- he had in any case been declared doubtful because of the injury which caused his sustitution last week.
