Not sure he ever went to Dover. Nothing on their club website; just a rumour? Cody released by mutual consent from Wimbledon in August, so maybe needs to find a club, and the "U"s are struggling, so could be a good fit for both.

Tom Wynter out for the rest of the season with an achilles injury, best wishes for a full recovery and to back playing next August. Joins ex Darts Alex Brown and James Rogers on Margate's long term injury list.

I have just caught up with Monday's QI & an ex Dart was one of the answers. Sandi Toksvig asked who is Arsenal's most successful manager of all time. The usual suspects such as Wenger, Mee & Chapman were offered up but it took Alan Davies, an Arsenal fan to twig that Arsenal's Womens team was where to look. The correct answer is Vic Akers leftback and captain in the seventies. Vic was often seen on the tv along side Arsene Wenger as he was a long serving kit man for the Gunners, I believe he handed that position over to his son at the end of last season. Seemingly a popular man at the club with both staff and fans.

Just seen the East Thurrock line-up for today and see Danny Harris is one of only 3 subs.
I heard a rumour that Billy Roast was going there but he seems to have vanished since he left us??

Shame about Marcus when he's got that defense in front of him.

Well, even Pavey got back on the scoresheet last night against Maidenhead. What I enjoyed most though was Pentney getting himself sent off. I remember him at PP when in Maidenhead's promotion year he committed the biggest act of time wasting and lack of sportsmanship I'd ever seen. The referee at that game allowed him to get away with murder as Maidenhead clung on. The way he strolled around his box as if he was out for a walk.
Still, he must have moved fast enough to commit handball outside the area to get himself sent off and with no goalkeeper on the bench,Maidenhead went on to ship six more goals.
