This was quite good last year, sank a couple of real ales to a pleasing 90s-tastic soundtrack in a nice community atmosphere. Seem to recall a bit of an issue with the food van, but didn’t personally partake so not 100% sure and hopefully resolved for this year. Can’t be there this time as it clashes with the perennial metal fest at Donington which is a bit of a bummer, but I’d urge my fellow Darts to check in, even if just for half an hour.

Chubby Chicken should provide better, earlier, faster & varied menu. Quench your thirst from the Champions’ Bar, after going round the multi Stalls & Activities. Visit the club shop for the latest news, filling in your new season forms, meeting some players & the Mayor! Our metal fest consists of the Dartford Steel Band, along with Miskin Community Radio & MC Keith. Dartford Messenger will be there!
The weather’s set fair! Like last year, any voluntary proceeds, go to DFC Supporters’ Association.

Season tickets will be available for collection from the Club Shop, and there will be forms for those who wish to buy them.

Thank you to everyone who came along yesterday, it was great to see so many people there over the course of the day.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Fun Day and meeting up with a number of people DFC committee members and fans

I arrived about 10.00am and I was with my wife plus The 5th Searcher his wife and the grandchildren and the granddaughter was playing football with other DFC members against new children boys and girls under the supervision of coaches and then penalty competitions.

Plenty of time for me to partake of a few soft drinks and coffee at Johnnie Stewarts bar talking to fans whilst the remainder of the family visited the stalls and the animal rescue and we left around 1.45pm for lunch.
