Re: Sawyer yes or no
I always expected Paul Sawyer to be TB's heir apparent and was surprised he left the club. If he was to return to help I couldn't see it working with Flanners and Jamie you would simply get 3 different opinions on how Dartford should play and with what players. Has dual management ever worked by the very nature of the job a Manager at the end of the day must be a dictator. Even the magical partnership of Brian Clough and Peter Taylor at Derby County and Nottingham Forest had Brian Clough with the final say.

Two's company , three's a crowd

With the greatest of respect I have for all the gentlemen, past management and current, Skip was a coach at the club under TB, I would hope that lessons could be learned and a fresh approach taken with any new manager coming in, if indeed one does, football is a funny old game, someone once said and our current management may be given more time to turn our fortunes around. One thing that may happen if the mood around the place doesn't change is that we lose another 200 fans. Non hardcore fans have a wealth of other clubs in the area to get their footy fix after all.
Shall we adopt a 3rd, 4th and 5th joint manager?

Disagree with that one. Why drag the reputation of Paul Sawyer at this club down to the level of this farce.
I agree that I thought Paul would have stepped up when TB resigned.

instead of yes.
Re: Sawyer yes or no
No.
Not now but maybe in the future, likeable and always seemed to do well in TBs absence.
I don’t know where he’s gone to but I hope he’s still coaching.
Definitely has potential and needs nurturing as a coach.

I believe that Skip Sawyer was a really good guy who seemed content at being TBs No2 but as has been said when TB was absent he had a very good win average .Perhaps after a few seasons he should have branched out and cut his teeth on a Ryman League lower team as I think he would have been successful as he is a personable guy and has a great knowledge of football gained from being a very good defender
TB got bucket loads of credit for the Darts success but don't underestimate Skip Sawyers contribution !!!!
