Another big pat on the back to the team for delivering those very important 3 points, 2 games in 3 days is not easy.
It is of great interest to read my fellow DFC fans posts, say it how you see it, share your opinion and that's the essence of a forum, however, Any scent of negatives will be met with a robust in your face repost. No wonder we have gone from hundreds of regular contributors down to the diehards.
The Don was my reporter at the match, and in the absence of radio commentary was very welcome. He described us as unplayable first half and 6 goals would have been reflective. Kingy himself has said it was a game of 2 halves (yes that old cliché) we were not as good 2nd half. Still we won and we are doing great. Lets keep the posts coming (I have always liked reading them) and the team to keep the momentum going.
I used to post about 12 times a day, when I was really enthusiastic, those days have gone, it was at a time when those others sadly not seen anymore on here were here. They are not here now because of unnecessary calling out from Mr. Enthusiastic. I will still post and suggest Dartlion, you do too and skip past Reggies outbursts. That may help you.

I must admit I too noticed a ‘dip’ after half time in three out of our four games so far but don’t say it as a criticism. If anything, it’s purely because we’ve been so ‘on fire’ during the first half of those games that ‘anything less’ would be noticeable after that. I haven’t seen a Darts team like this in the ten years I’ve been following. Happy days. And more.

Again spouting more pure, Reg or Arthur as it was only joined the forum to sling some fire back at those firing at Tony B. Tony and i at that time actually spoke about it all. Reg continued to face flak from people over his defence of flans and coylie. And now you suggest that numbers are down because of Reg kebabus. Nonsense numbers have been low for years. Reg has been approached by around half a dozen people in the bar saying dont give up keep up the fight against the knockers. Now its not bad at the moment as the football is sublime but a lot of you will. You just watch. I remind you Kebabus people cant always agree ask Tom B. People are knockers on here they are just waiting to pounce, they cant at the moment of course but its there believe me. In fact to say Reg has made it worse i would have thought that the bickering at least makes it more interestingKebabus wrote: ↑Tue Aug 31, 2021 11:30 am Another big pat on the back to the team for delivering those very important 3 points, 2 games in 3 days is not easy.

We should have been out of sight at half time. Again Noor looked sturdy without being all over the pitch (as against Slough). One slip at the back and we looked shaky and needed Ade's goal to finally put Eastbourne to bed. having said that a great team performance again.
First half I thought Jordan was playing a total blinder, the kid was excellent. But I'm going for Tyrique who played very well throughout and just as I was thinking that he got subbed. i had forgot how he seems to plod around the pitch while covering miles and his foot work for a big guy was good. I hope he gets fitter and more games.
Babylon, I'm sorry I didn't see you in your car at the end of the game after sitting in front of you for about 3 minutes. Didn't see you until you was alongside me. that's the thing with having the wife with you. But even she was impressed with what she saw yesterday.
Away the lads.

Every club would love a Reg , we lucky we have the original! Don’t agree with him all the time but that what makes football great . Let’s just look at facts , four games played i second half beaten St Albans 2/1 , Slough 2/0 dulwich 1/0 and drew boro 1/1 , think that’s not too bad for a run out of steam second half team

bigger tests are to come but yesterday dorking and Havant were beaten by teams that with respect aren’t top six , so let’s enjoy it as I’m sure we will have stinkers then we can moan . An opinion is just that , they like heads we’ve all got one , some are just better than others

! Couple of years ago Dartford were below Welling looking at relegation and playing some dreadful stuff, look at us now and look at Welling , then we can moan

There was a piece of football very late in the first half that was by far the best piece I have seen in years. Started at the back with Bonner and ended up over the other side of the pitch with Wanadio. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Deserved a goal. It had the crowd gasping around me.

Against Tonbridge I will be celebrating my golden wedding anniversary ( that’s five weeks but it gets multiplied when Reg is your close friend) so feel free to buy me a drink and congratulate me on my magnificent performance !
