The best squad of players we’ve had for probably 10 years. Come the end of the season I’ll be happy to review that and extend to whatever season befits our eventual success. Quality all over the place. Fantastic entertainment will be the norm this season, folks!

I do remember seeing a 90 minutes like that before. Chelmsford the game before lockdown. Doesnt mean we a shoe in far from it. The toughest division i can remember to get out of it. But without this man we would have no chance., You can suggest who you like until the cows come home this man is the frigging best.
What manager woud have even known Noor Husin. Go on name anybody. How the hell would anybody bar Steve King assemble this team. Ha ha ha. Maybe everybody with that example from top to bottom should start to understand just what we have.. love you kingy and to all forgetting those green eyes out there, he is simply, simply the best. Fact.

Talking of yesterday’s attendance, still the biggest in out division which probably illustrates regular fans still away and missing their teams opening games. As for the traffic…..

To the game itself, Reggie has called it a “masterclass”. Precisely that. A simply superb all-around complete performance. But for the excellent North between the sticks for Slough we could have had 5, 6 or more. Noor yesterday btw - different class!

I had no idea just how imperious we were yesterday because I listened to the Slough mixr commentary, whoever that is, is guilty of not describing the match properly! Just so happy we have scored 6 in 2 games, and yep, should have been more.

Men against boys. A great performance, superb from 1-11. Noor gets my vote.

Was a really good day , think holidays, traffic, few away supporters made the attendance look a bit light but think it was a good first game show.Steve Irving again deserves huge praise for way he handled support today , showed he is a true football fan. The players were exceptional and wasn’t it so nice that they and Kingie came up to the fans bar and had a laugh with the fans, it’s really good when you hear there side about the game. Can I have one moan😂😂😂 I know it’s not the clubs responsibility but can we sort out the bar at half-time? The que was ridiculous, can’t pints be poured before so fans get served quicker? The actual staff are very good and friendly but I counted well over a hundred fans on the terrace etc start of second half who like myself had just got served so hadn’t finished their drink. Loved the enthusiasm of the support and it very nearly was a Lou Reed( perfect day)

We’re witnessing something quite special here. I looked at the fixtures at the start of the season at thought we had a difficult start away at St Albans and at home to Slough. Both usually cause us problems and both likely to be challenging. We ‘destroyed’ St Albans ‘up the hill’ first half and could have been 3-0 up at half time. Yesterday we looked like scoring every time we went forward. Their keeper had a blinder and we hit the post. It could have been 6 or 7 and they are a good side! Imagine what we’re gonna do to the likes of Welling and Tonbridge! This is the best I’ve seen the Darts in the ten years I’ve been following them. Well done SK for putting together such a great squad of players. I’m loving the ‘look’ of Ade Azeez. More to come from him I’m sure. He’s a powerhouse. Bus booked for Dull Wich.

Was topped off by Reg singing the national anthem but using King instead of Queen! Rumour is that he is in the tower!
