No not really at the start of previous seasons we had midweek games in August, so apart from the bank holidays and the annoying Chelmsford game the rest is Saturdays.

Interesting that our 2 games against Havant and Waterlooville are in January and March 2022 , by then hopefully we will be flying and we can give them a seeing too ????????????

Shane no mid week games in [ most of] August as it adds to the early season buzz and gets games played before winter sets in and postponements !!!

HantsDart says
Well, just a few hours to the release of our fixtures for 2021/22. The long wait will soon be over. I must say I can't wait. It will be good to see the old faces on the half way line again and to find out just how good the squad is.
Barry
I have to agree looking forward to attending a live match and watching the Darts and hopefully seeing an even better squad with these new players.
With all this time on your hands did you get that old guitar out of the closet and get practicing, you me and Brian might just make a come back

Interesting first match away to St Albans. Two teams who were well up there when the shit hit the fan. Will be interesting to see if Allinson has retained his squad or bettered it. Should be a toughie.

I wonder how the the season will flow? Will covid lead to postponements, even very late ones. Kent's cricket match delayed this morning after an outbreak and will now field a virtual 2nd team against Sussex today and in their final T20 games next weekend. This follows the England cricket squad having to be completely changed and postponements in the Scottish League Cup which began on Friday. Some local pre-season games fell foul to the virus too. Suppose we will have to just suck it and see.

I believe in the near future if you have had both your jabs will no longer have to isolate so hopefully that will stop games from being postponed
