Agree with you Lenny pink kit is awful would have preferred a nice yellow kit.

Whereas I doubted Tom Champion and his age, we then go on to sign two over 30's. Murtagh looks a fine signing and I hope we can get a good season from him. Robinson? okay I get that he scores goals in this division but he looked pretty poor when he played at PP. I hope with a better quality side around him he will start to score goals. But at the moment I would have preferred Jack Brabham to still be at the club.
Things are looking okay and the signing of Keiran just tells me that Jacob will probably NOT be signing.
I know, I'm hard to please.

I have to reply ozy and with apologies. It is a forum for opinions like all platforms, but it does seem that while Reg is a string most of the time, it always seems that your views have to have a negative tinge. You mention Jake looked pretty poor at PP, for 1 thing its 1 game, for a second that should maybe allow you the chance to heap praise on our defence that day. But to say that you would prefer to have Jack instead is whilst an opinion just doesnt make sense. Im not policing i simply dont get it. Im sorry Ozy but to say you would prefer to have someone who definitely dissapointed at best to someone who has scored i dont know 210 in 280 games or whatever it is, is mad. I do think that it seems to be an adopted role to just be, well down right against many things. As i said apologies, not policing just an opinion on a forum.

What a squad being built by Kingy. Feet on the floor still as other clubs going for it, but with this squad it represents a chance that no other manager would give us.

I feel if you sign the top scorer of the league your playing in you cannot do any better than that Jake's record speak for its self, and I am sure he will help young Dan Roberts along the way as well.

We will be up there this season not saying we are going to win but we will not be far behind,

After KIngy's interview this morning he mentions another couple of players coming in and one being a striker,

We seem to be doing well off the pitch as well with sponserships we are getting , I really believe in a few seasons we could be in the next league and challenging for football league status,

Really looking forward to getting back to watching from the terraces.

Squad nearly there now, looking fab! Guessing that 2 of the retained player list will be heading out on loan at some point, to keep them match fit. Jacob B.A is contracted till end of June and guessing his new Agent will be trying to find him a Conference National gig, would be delighted if he didn't and signed on another contract. I have to agree Gregg, the squad is looking really good. With Hyde and Murtagh signing, I doubt that JBA will staying now, but other than that, it's all looking very positive!

..... apart from that absolutely dreadful away kit! Who on earth chose that awful colour? It's even worse than that orange shirt a couple of season's back. I really can't see many people buying replica away shirts this season.
