More great News, James Hawkins is back to DFC with his matchday and midweek updates. Since James came along the connect between the club and fans became immeasurably better I believe. Great news and welcome back James.
Might have to start calling him yo-yo!
Good to have him back in the ranks though.

You have to laugh, Ebbsfleet attempted to get put back into the NLP because they were badly treated at the end of the 2020/21 season.
I agree Pedro, shame on Ebbsfleet for trying to get a promotion they haven't earned.
The next thing you know, Europe's top clubs will try and form a "Super League" even though some won't even finish high enough in their own domestic leagues to qualify for Europe next season!
Well I can't blame them for giving it a go. They saw the door was slightly ajar, asked nicely, got a polite refusal, accepted it and said they will try to get back up by winning the NLS / playoffs in the 21/22 season. I expect every club, yes even the Darts, would have given it go in their shoes. No legal threats (so far) would see things very differently if they took that course. The League rules do seem to say there should be 24 teams in the division if possible.

True - then perhaps the PPG should apply to the NLP and the NLS/NLN and the bottom club in the NLP relegated to make room for two promoted clubs. Yes I know we would miss out but at least the 'winners' would have played more games than the French.

Great to hear Steve announcing home friendlies with the Gills, Charlton, AFC Wimbledon and Sutton - can't wait.
COYD
Agree Pedro, can't wait.
Steve mentioned that they will be fielding 1st team squads so some very good games and maybe some decent crowds as well.
Worthing have announced the game as their star attraction in their pre-season programme and Kentish Football have us both at home to Charlton & away to Worthing for 17th July, each game having a 3pm k.o.
