Ah, Bless. Lovely guy Roger. Our days at the Welcome Foundation and our beers at lunchtime with a game of cards along with Ken Hayward were enjoyable at the Railway.
Shall not forget our chats at PP, always said hello. Bless him. Condolences to you Gilesy.
RIP Roger

Very sorry to hear this news Steve, and condolences to all the family. In fact, because of my infrequent visits to PP, I had never actually realised he was your dad, knowing him only as Roger. RIP.

What a truly lovely man, always enjoyed chatting to him over the years, one of the stalwarts from the Watling Street era. Will be missed and DFC loses another member of its family.

One of the most recognizable faces behind the goal, will be very much missed and like Kebabus says "one of the stalwarts from the Watling Street era". God bless Roger and so sorry for your loss Gilesy.

I was fortunate enough to attend Rogers funeral today and pay my respects to a great guy who i'll really miss.
The service was a fitting tribute and a reflection of what a top man he was.

RIP Mate, i'll never forget you and PP just wont be quite the same without you.

(With the help of Gary we'll add a photo of the DFC wreath later).

Too many of the good one's not making it back to PP for next season. Sad times. We probably all thought we could see these troubled times out and took it for granted everyone was going to make it back.
Bless them all.

PL, could you also post a photo of Roger? It's sad hearing of the passing of our family of the black and white army - I know faces but not that many names.
