half time 0-1 seems to be a familiar pattern recently. Great to have someone prepared to run at defences but unfortunately L'Ghoul always seems to run into 3 man traps he can't force the ball through. Once in that situation there is no way for the ball to come out. Corners? We had one, I just can't understand with all the training how players cannot get the ball beyond the first defender. Probably another rocket going up from SK right now.

Before they scored we could have been 2 goals up and we should have had a penalty for the handball, their player should not have had his hand up in the air. Although we are a goal down we have been the better side and I still think that we will turn this around.
Pretty much agree with that Jonty.

I said this months ago, but a certain user who shoots every one of my comments down unsurprisingly dismissed that too.

Yes, we are becoming a tad samey, it seems I watched this game Saturday and the game before that. We are getting found out now against the top half sides. Eastbourne are more direct when breaking away whereas we are laboursome. One too many balls. But the goal was soft as our central defenders have been winning balls like that all season.
Need yet another kick up the backside at half time but Eastbourne are comfortable at the back and as said fast on the break.
Don't know who you could put on to liven this one up. Still, onwards and upwards, maybe get a couple of quick goals like on Saturday without letting the opposition score any more would be nice. But we really are looking tired.

Clear cut penalty at end of the half not given too. Still, very frustrating

I think L'Ghoul could learn from the Eastbourne player who crossed for their goal ? you don't have to beat the player and them try and beat him again before trying to get a cross in ? Time and again he's decision making is letting him down ? simple really ,beat your man get your cross in , Perhaps he needs to study some old Haysie videos ? Apart from that we haven't played that badly .
