I was really referring to FA Cup and FA Trophy competitions M1, with EFL and Wembley as the attraction. The KSC is usually used to give fringe players the opportunity of game time, unless of course it is a Final - and last years final is still waiting to be played isn't it?

G&V you are absolutely on the money. Must be so frustrating for Bonner & Co. I just don't understand how Kingy can bring new players in every week and chuck them straight in. Just doesn't add up when we have such a big squad. Must be demoralising for players trying to get in as well. Especially when it's clearly up front we have the biggest issue.Gin and vomit wrote: ↑Sat Dec 19, 2020 6:52 pm Goes without saying that goalscoring is the problem. Such a lack of chances being created I'm not sure Calvert-Lewin would have scored today!
I do believe we have the best manager in the league, if not non league, let's hope it starts gelling soon.

The fixture list on the official club website does actually state that we are playing Dulwich Hamlet in the London Senior Cup on Tuesday evening (I know it's a bit of surprise to find out something from the website), as does the London FA website but I can find no mention of it anywhere else on the club's official channels or indeed on any of Dulwich's official sites. If the game is actually taking place don't be surprised if the club only announce it a few hours before kick off like they did with the recent Whitehawk friendly!.

A disappointing day in so many ways. As for bigging it up I have no need too. What we currently have in place is a most wonderful club, a tremendous squad, and the best manager going. Anyone has anyone better answers on a postage stamp please. I always do feel that the for some strange reason that there are people who are itching to criticise or why this/why that. Kingy if you do read this dont worry about it, its been the same whoever was at the helm. As for todays game I felt the second half was immensely disappointing yes. The first half Haringey sat back and we had command of the game. The second half i did think we would push on but for once we didn't set the world alight. But we will hear the bosses views as frank and as honest as always. I think everyone should refrain from a weekly praising when we win and criticising the next when we dont. Yes its a forum and peoples viewpoints etc etc but it seems so daft to me. Look at the whole picture. We are in a great place due to years of hard graft by many and the current man at the helm steering the ship. There is no better. There isn't

Reg I think you need to accept that some supporters maybe hurt more than others in defeat especially when the side play like they did today. No criticism of the club but praise when praise is due (you're not a snowflake are you?!).
Re: Haringey Borough (FAT) home 19 Dec
For Christ's sake Reg. Wake up. When did we ever have control of the game. Far too many errors for that. This performance was inept - lacking creativity in md field and the ability to put together the simplest of passing movements. This was a shadow of the team we had at the end of last season. How many shots did we have on goal throughout the game? The service to the forwards was non existent. I'm not itching to criticise - I seldom do. But this was just not good enough. I know I'll get flack for this, but it's just the way I see things this season.

No flack from me Barry
We were not at the races and never looked like scoring.
With all that quality on the pitch it is a complete mystery to me as to why we were so blooming
POOR!!
No complaints from me ....we got what we deserved.

I can’t understand why we keep playing strikers out on the wing, they are not wingers they are strikers play them through the middle. Bakayoko seemed completely lost out wide today, Romaine for me needs to spend some time on the bench as he just isn’t doing anything except get booked, he’s no where near the player he was last season.
We’ve got a few players that either really need to step their game up and improve or be unloaded because we seem to be bringing in more defenders & strikers but nothing is changing at the moment. How many more players can Kingy bring in with not many being released & only a couple going out on loan.
