Arthur here. I understand. However taking your example were we to make 2 signings on that date it would give us a first team squad total of 11 with our first friendly 11 days later.

There may also be players invited in for training and trialists to add to that. Take into account a lot of players will only just of finished their current contract the situation is pretty much the same as previous years and 2 seasons ago we signed DOA the week before the season started so we'll have to be patient again and see what happens.

Question on top of that - how many penalties were we awarded last season? Can’t imagine it being more than six.
