Re: Darts V Eastbourne - Sat 8th Sep.
IF the guy who masqueraded as a Referee had seen Charlie smash his arm into the Eastbourne players face then he should have shown him a straight Red [NOT a Yellow ] , just another reason for him NOT seeing the incident !!!
Hopefully as its 2 yellows it will only be a 1 match ban and again hopefully cuts in so as Charlie just misses the Cup game on the 22nd September ???

Interesting as I have just watched the play back that jack put up on Twitter and the ref is a f@@@ing liar. The whistle went no where near his mouth for the foul!Park Life wrote:We started the first half well and got better as it went on so i was very optimistic at half time. However like last week we came out second half and gave away another early goal but credit to the lads today as we managed to get going again (after the p**s poor sending off decision). Still more work to do but more positives than negatives as we now have a goal threat, Ba did well and young Knowles whilst not as good as last week is direct, quick and shows promise. Charlie carried on his good work from last week and will surely get even better with more games so much more optimism up front.
Overall performance also better so MOTM is a lot harder to choose, Nobes had another good game and his commitment and determination are undoubted but a couple of poor challenges in the last two games have cost us so not my choice today, Isaac had a good game at right back, Charlie played well again, Ba was a constant threat but Bradders was steady all game and dragged us back into it after we went down to 10 men and popped up with what felt like the winner, so for that reason he gets my vote.
As for the sending off i listened to Adam's interview on Radio Kent and was amazed at what i heard. He said they asked the ref after the game what happened and he said that he had blown his whistle very quietly but nobody heard him!!!!!!! Now i can accept ref's making mistakes and being bloody useless but IMO that is just an absolute downright lie for so many reasons. How Adam managed to keep calm and say if that is true they have to accept it makes him a better man than me. If the video proves different i'll be amazed and apologise but doubt that will be the case. As far as i recall there weren't any appeals for a free kick, play continued for several seconds and we passed the ball a few times before the ref looked round and noticed their player was still on the floor. It was only then that he decided to stop the game and blow his whistle (the only time he blew it). He then waved on the physio's and it was only then that the Eastbourne players decided to surround him and take advantage of the fact that there player was injured. I think the vast majority of people were expecting him to restart play with a drop ball but to see him show a second yellow was IMO a very poor decision, Charlie can count himself very unlucky.
As a footnote just read your post Groomy and we must have been at a different game
As for their lad, nobody is arguing he was injured but i cannot agree Charlie deserved two yellows or his "antics" deserved them.
It was probably the fact he did get injured that influenced the ref as he clearly didn't whistle or give a free kick for the challenge.

Absolutely no attempt to blow his whistle until a few seconds afterwards.

Try the link above. If it doesn't work, copy and paste it into a different browser.
I've tested it in Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome and it works fine in all of them.
