We got the result but I don't like the system. It's too narrow. Four central midfielders? I know we are top and shouldn't complain but we aren't playing great football yet. Oh well, if you don't concede, you don't lose

If ever a game deserved a crowd to get behind the teams this was it. It must be so frustrating for players to be playing all these games with empty terraces, and especially today with such a strong wind throughout the game that must have affected the flow of the game. And if that is a 3G pitch, I don't think I have ever witnessed such a poor pitch. It looked atrocious in camera.

There probably was too much up and over long balls, especially in the first half, but that was perhaps the way MU wanted to play the game. I never felt we were under any great pressure and neither side really fashioned any testing of the goalmouth in the first half. The Darts competed for all the 50/50 balls. The biggest threat from MU seemed to come down their left wing (14) in the first half and he got subbed later in the match.

Our goals were well taken. I too was surprised when I realised it was Tom who scored our first goal which he took very well. Somebody thought Charlie's goal might have been a hand ball, but I didn't think it was. The ball seemed to take a quick deflection which hit his chest, not his hand, but fell nicely for him to hammer home. Two excellent goals, which I thought were always going to come the longer the game went on.

Today was all about getting the right result, not necessarily the performance and that the boys did just that. So thank you for that guys. Bragging rights assured - and certainly the best team on the day won. Love it all!! Hope Braham-Barrett's injury is not a serious one.

It will be another interesting game coming up on Tuesday against St Albans. Boy, am I enjoying seeing so much of the Darts this season.

Managed to catch a few bits of the game on Radio Kent despite moving house today. Backache sustained from lumping fridge freezer downstairs mysteriously disappeared when Captain Tom scored!

Absolutely buzzing to beat the Medway bastards, bring on the next victims..

Its Edith Horsfield here. Reg has just phoned and said he's safe and sound in an illegal pub in Stepney still serving. But he has asked his mum to post on the forum as to what a fantastic Job James Hawkins and the media team are doing particularly in these tough times. The interviews with the messiah on a Thursday night keeps us all up to date and more importantly gives us all our DFC fix which Reginald as I prefer to call him says is fantastic. He wants to pass on to all a massive thanks for anyone involved. It is just another piece of this huge journey and success story we are all enjoying.

Gin and vomit said 'dull first half, one shot on goal'.
Dull second half also, two shots in goal. Craig had bugger all to do literally. Jacob, Conor and Tom were great for me. Slight concern on Craig BB and Jack Brabham taking heavy knocks. Once we scored Maidstone showed how poor they were by not having a clue.
The one that went missing foe me was Noor, so often in games he's at the opposition but yesterday he went quiet. Jebb was good and early match Jazzie was mixing it down the right. Jacob is an awesome player, best player Dartford have signed in a few years. Tom got my MOTM as his performance was excellent capped by the opening goal.
Good streaming by MUFC but that was by far their best perfomance of the day.
Hoyt looked dangerous for them but the rest were awful especially the aptly named Am A Loser.
Great afternoon in the loft for me. Even though the game was a bit of a bore.
