Reggie - Turning the video off after 28 seconds does not give you his full story.....it’s impressive what he achieved at such a young age in his work but mesmerising what he has achieved at Dorking. Whether you like what or how he says it in an interview, the bloke has done wonders for Dorking and being a life long Dartford fan, would do all that for my club given the opportunity.

We have a fantastic set up, more fan base and a manager that we have waited for who should of come in after TB (someone of his experience & of his ability)

Fair play to Dorking, they beat us, we all need to at least get over that and have some humility.

I know exactly what The Don meant and so should you Reg as your blind faith (or is it ignorance) is clouding your view. You are the one person who was wax lyrical about the previous management duo, remember?

You got me thinking their Don and i believe it was 1993 when we reformed and arguably played park football, great memories.

I turned off after 28 seconds as I couldn't take anymore. This was the guy when i went around to his dug out to complain about the treatment being dished out to Romain said to me " its my ground i will have you thrown out" this is the guy that has an entourage hanging both around him and off him. He is not clever, he is not a football genius. For the sake of the tape Kebabus I went onto watch the rest of the video where he admits he has put 2 or 3 million pound into it. And that's the point when they all reach the level where the cash can take them no further it all comes to abrupt end. As for your dig at me for supporting the previous management duo ( I tell you what, why don't you call them Adam and Jamie) yes I did support them. I supported them against some huge slagging from this platform, the same as I supported Tony B against slagging he got (Tony will remember what he said to me At Wealdstone away ) also on this forum. As for using the term ignorance another insult. I've only come on here and jested around largely and privately had a laugh and a joke with the many fans at the grounds. But for you to use it as a point that I dont have humility (among others), stood up for Adam and Jamie, possibly ignorant, all criticism from you. The best thing I can say is "give yourself a day off'.
Who are you to judge ?

Seems to me there is some jealousy on here of just what Dorking have achieved under White. And it becomes evident now because they beat us. From grass roots to the National League South. There are various styles of man management, some liked by the majority, some not, whichever I know from experience that doing your dirty washing in public, name and shame etc;, can work wonders on employees responses and result in improved performances, for others they can't accept and they walk out of the door. Their choice. Credit where credit is due, White has achieved much and should be applauded. Eventually he will find the max level he can achieve, maybe the £'s run out, and then he too either decides to accept wherever that is, or jump ship. If we were all the same wouldn't the world be a boring place? Good luck to the fella, love or loathe him, along with every other football owner and manager in the country. But you cannot argue against what he has achieved, fair means or foul.

So you don't agree with Fair play. Nothing to do with Jealousy. It's the rules.

Exactly my point PL. We have been there, in fact I was manager of a local club that used to play Cray Valley PM and look where they are now! I'd have loved for my club then to have had a Marc White to drive us on to bigger things. He is an inspiration to real football fans at grass roots level and as people say, like him or loathe him, I hope he continues with the success he has had (not at our expense of the title of course!). But yes, great memories of some really awful grounds back in the early days for us - Darenth Heathside springs to mind but I'm sure you can remember considerably worse places!!

What gave you the right to go round to the dugout and have a go at him? Think I would have reacted the same as Marc did tbh.
