Kudus Oyenuga & Phil Roberts have signed for Adam Flanagan's Brentwood Town. Looks like Roberts has been forgiven for the way he departed from Dartford.

Football history is littered with players like Roberts. Undoubted ability but absolutely no team ethic whatsoever. He’ll be around for 10 games and then he’ll cry off with some lame excuse. I wouldn’t give him the time of day and surprised he’s turned up at a former manager’s club. You’d think he’d have learnt from the first escapade when he missed our trip to Weston.

He signed for Romford last week and has already made two appearances. He'll be 37 next month.

I like Flanners, he was a great player for us and seems a decent guy, but signing Roberts is bonkers in my opinion. Sure, the guy can play, but he's more trouble than he's worth. You can only give people so many chances and the bottom line is that you can't rely on him and he will inevitably let everyone down. Flanners doesn't seem to have learned any lessons.

Common denominator is Phil Roberts. It's not like he hasn't had issues at other clubs.
Perhaps the Joey Barton of non league.
