Got my programme yesterday and agree with Pete, it's a good read.
Has anyone thought that bringing in Preston Edwards may be because after the penalty shoot out with Boreham Wood last weekend ended with AJ saving a few penalties and Kingy preferred AJ over Mark to start tomorrows game. Mark may have got the hump with that and argued the toss with SK, thus Kingy brought in Preston.
Only a theory of mine of course, maybe Smitty is injured, who knows? Reggie?

I have no doubt about Steve King's man- management skills. His standing in the game speaks volumes. Decisions are made for the good of the club and if a player feels aggrieved to be dropped there'll be a logically tactical reason for it, which I'm sure SK takes the time and trouble to fully explain to the player who's left out.
If the player puts himself before the team and argues the toss he will only succeed in fast tracking himself towards the exit door.
SK has no favourites and the players appear to have bought into the concept of healthy competition for places, a formula which wil ultimately bring success for everyone at the club.

I notice Bansal-McNulty is not in the squad listed in the programme. I'm sure the Manager reported some time ago that he and Hyde had been given permission by their clubs to be involved.

I have no doubts re SK's management skills Ajax. As I say, it is just a theory.
I got the Kennedy theory wrong also. Proven by their finding no evidence of life on Mars. So it being an alien was proven wrong.
Up the Darts for tomorrow, just hope the technology works. Looking forward to it.

I think it was mentioned in one of the interviews that Kingy has a squad of 21 to pick from with 18 that was listed by Pete from the programme.
Preston Edwards will take one place so hopefully Bansal will be another.

Getting close now, how very exciting! Enjoyed watching the montage on Youtube of great exciting goals and messages of support from fans.
Whoever wears the shirt tomorrow, wishing them all the best and bringing the result home.
Coyd!

Sorry guys. I missed out Nick Arnold from my list. Apologies to Nick as well. I hadn't realised until Matt said 18 listed in his post.

Just realised that there's a maximum of two games (as the final is a separate price) so the £5.99 price is the best option as 2 x £5.99 is still better than £14.99.
Re: Slough Town (A) 1:30pm k/o Sun 19th July
If we get to the final you pay £5.99 3 times as that’s the single game price meaning £17.97 so £14.99 still works out cheaper (you also get access to every single game in the North & South with this price).Bacton Buoy wrote: ↑Sat Jul 18, 2020 2:28 pm Just realised that there's a maximum of two games (as the final is a separate price) so the £5.99 price is the best option as 2 x £5.99 is still better than £14.99.
The finals package is £9.99 for both the North and South finals only.
