Four games left for everyone then as we approach Easter weekend. Here are your preantepenultimate fixtures, originally scheduled for Friday 10th April:

Bath v Slough
Braintree v Dartford
Dulwich v Eastbourne
Hampton v Dorking
Havant v Tonbridge
Hemel v Oxford
Hungerford v Wealdstone
Maidstone v Concord
St. Albans v Billericay
Welling v Chelmsford
Weymouth v Chippenham

Hungerford could be mathematically relegated following these ties, but Wealdstone cannot be champions until Easter Monday. Even though this is all just a bit of indulgent fun, I’m dearly hoping the Darts consolidate a playoff place!

Ha ha! The high scores and complete lack of a single 0-0 draw (or even 1-1 I think) has showcased the frailty of doing this with dice - albeit electronic - but hopefully has also highlighted the integrity of its randomness. There is an online program for simulating football matches which includes optional bias towards stronger teams, but this approach would take hours of the day and I’d probably end up naming goalscorers and maybe getting cards and suspensions involved. And bizarre refereeing decisions. And apocryphal streaking injuries. Goading chants and songs...
And beer...
Banter...
Away day pubs...

Excuse me for a moment

This maybe calls for a complete change of dice Michael !! And are these games being played on a definitive flat surface?

The surface is definitely not pissed. The administrator could be. If I can get new equipment approved by the fantasy sports board before kick off, we might see our first bore draw - otherwise it’s gonna be back to the midget keepers with WD-40 gloves!

Bath 5 Slough 4
Braintree 4 Dartford 4
Dulwich 5 Eastbourne 0
Hampton 5 Dorking 3
Havant 1 Tonbridge 3
Hemel 5 Oxford 0
Hungerford 0 Wealdstone 2
Maidstone 1 Concord 3
St. Albans 2 Billericay 1
Welling 0 Chelmsford 1
Weymouth 0 Chippenham 5

Wealdstone now absolutely champions elect, needing only one more point for the title. At the other end of the table, Hungerford look nailed on for the drop. Tonbridge Angels and Dulwich Hamlet have both given themselves a massive shot of survival syrup, with Braintree now the most likely to be relegated with the Crusaders.
Our game at Cressing Road was today’s only draw, but definitely not a boring one. Darts climb a place above Slough due to superior goal difference and a play off spot is promising.

Three games left and not a huge amount hanging in the balance. The big fight really is for the final play-off place, with realistically five teams in the running - Hampton & Richmond, Dorking, Maidstone, Hemel and Chelmsford. Braintree have a chance to escape, whilst Hungerford will need a miracle to leapfrog Dulwich, requiring polarised results - starting with a win at Princes Park.
Havant & Waterlooville must beat Eastbourne soundly and rely on Wealdstone losing against Weymouth for the NLS title race to continue.

Here's tomorrow's games, all full of chocolate, originally scheduled for Monday 13th April:

Billericay v Hemel
Chelmsford v Maidstone
Chippenham v Hampton
Concord v St. Albans
Dartford v Hungerford
Dorking v Braintree
Eastbourne v Havant
Oxford v Bath
Slough v Dulwich
Tonbridge v Welling
Wealdstone v Weymouth

That must be Elliots 52nd league goal this season Mikey.
