Very good point by Pedro. It happened on this very forum a couple of weeks ago where a couple of members misunderstood what each other said, despite actually arguing the same case and the handbags came out.
I'd rather have a row with Burnsy online than in person though!

Personally I think Lee's comment was tongue in cheek having chatted to Lee over the years he was always been a bit of a joker so I think his comment has been have been blown out of proportion.

I think everyone needs to calm down a little bit here!! I'm sure it was just a bit of banter from Burnsie & should be taken as such.
Why anyone over over say 40 goes on social media anyway i'll never know?? (Or is a forum classed as social media??) Lucky i'm only 39 if so.
It's Bradders Testimonial/Day so let him invite who he wants to partake in the days fun & game!! And we should all go along for the ride!!

I might be missing something, but it seems a pretty harmless comment, from someone who contributed a lot to the club. I'd probably be a bit more touchy if it came from a total outsider though! He's always seemed pretty pro Dartford since he left and didn't make any fuss at all when some were giving him stick as he lay injured as an East Thurrock player.
Having said that, things seem to be going well on the pitch at the moment, and those that know say there are no budget issues, so happy days!

I must be misssing a lot. Don’t get me wrong there’s nothing funny or toungue in cheek questioning the budget and I do think it lacks class. People who know him, and I don’t, say he’s a joker. I don’t think this can be taken as a joke, there’s nothing funny about it and seems sour grapes. Imo anyway.
In the same token unless I’ve missed a load of other comments I don’t think it’s that bad.
Stupid thing to say and doesn’t shine him in a great light but unless there’s more nothing to go overboard about.
We’ve too much of a good thing going on to worry about sour ex players.

Just to clarify it was a tongue in cheek comment made when someone has had a couple of drinks!

There has been some comments over the last few years not made just by previous players but supporters as well.

So can we all just calm down and enjoy the best football we have seen since TB left!
