Both teams earned their point, very little between the teams today.
Having only seen the Crook foul in real time it seemed a penalty.
I was too far away to see the foul for their penalty.
However felt the lad should have been sent off for the cynical tackle on Luke very late on.
It shows how far we have come in recent months when the leaders are celebrating a draw.
Wealdstone home Saturday 29th February
Re: Wealdstone home Saturday 29th February
That was a hard fought match with no quarter given by either side. Great relief when their guy missed the penalty and I have no idea whether Crook was fouled or dived - couldn't see from where I was, equally I couldn't see if Amrit was in the box when their defender gave him a bear hug, but as the ref didn't see it as a foul its of little consequence.
They seemed to suffer a remarkable number of head injuries necessitating stops in play - it was miraculous the way they recovered though!
A well earned point showing that we wouldn't look out of place at the top of the league, but 6th position will have to do for now.
MoM is a tough call as everyone gave their all and played well - have to give it some thought.

A massive point! Didn’t see there penalty, saw ours it was one, but the stupid dive after was so stupid , if he goes down normal it’s given. To be dissapointed drawing with the best team in our division shows how far we have come . So so dissapointed with the Wealdstone support not more than two hundred and so quiet it was a graveyard without a great dartford noise. They will be champions, and they so do deserve it, manager was decent bloke as well. Haven’t enjoyed a 0/0 so much for ages

First of all a very well done to Jay the groundsman, when you take into account the recent weather and the amount of games that have been played on the pitch he has done a remarkable job. Thanks Jay, really appreciate the work you do.
As for the game, a draw was probably a fair result. Limited chances in the first half for either team and although the tempo increased second half imo neither side did enough to deserve the win. We have come a log way in a short time so well done again to SK and the players.
MOTM for me between Tom Bonner, Josh Hill and Tyrique Hyde.
As for the penalty decisions, couldn't see what happened for the one they were awarded so be good to see the video. As for the one on Crooky, whilst he did go down easily he was unlucky to get booked as i was convinced there was contact.

Tom Bonner is a player he really is
Re: Wealdstone home Saturday 29th February
An absolutely brilliant 1point fully deserved as there was nothing between the two teams. If we make the play offs we may well be the favourites now
Steve King is a genius and is a gift from the gods to us
Noor Husin was running the game with his passing the highlight of the game. I was surprised when he was subbed. My first sub would have been Luke for Amrit
Josh Hill was immense today
Happy days

Good game today. I actually thought the ref had a good first half then lost it in the second. Cannot comment on the Wealdstone pen but was convinced about the 'pen' on Crook. However, there didn't seemed to be much of a protest from Crook so that probably sums it up. Could have picked anyone across the back four today but went with Bonner.

Can't argue with the pen - looked like a rugby table. Hadn't realised at the time the ball hit the post for the pen - thought it just sailed wide!

Having seen that replay it was clearly a penalty for them. Not sure we deserved a point but we got one! Did we have a shot? For all our good play in the second half we never really created anything
