Charlie Sheringham has joined Leatherhead on a dual registration.

Probably a good idea to give him the game time he's not getting at the moment, but I can't help wondering how he'll feel about being shunted to one side.

Charlie's football career has been hampered by injury, started well at AFC Bournemouth then broke a foot on his first team debut at Brentford after scoring out for a long time. Then injury at his next club Wimbledon. He joined Ebbsfleet when the Kuwaiti money was plentiful and I believe was their leading scorer until injured. When Charlie re-joined us from Hemel he again looked a very good player until that broken shoulder at Blackfield & Langley in the FA Cup. I suspect like Ben Greenhaigh we have seen the last of Charlie.

Charlie has been very unlucky this year. He was looking like his old self when he dislocated his shoulder and has not had enough game time since to show what he can do.
