It's all well and good to see new players but surely SK needs to offload a few. Time to start balancing the books!

Without wishing to be disrespectful, I suspect that the friends and supporters of the previous regime would like to be able to attribute our upturn in form to an increased budget, if only to deflect from the fact that the previous incumbents did a pretty poor job. People are making assumptions but I have it on good authority that the budget situation is perfectly fine and personally I have absolutely no doubt that is the case. Any negative comments that you see are almost always from people with connections to those displaced or otherwise personally affected by the changes. It's much easier for people to attribute Steve King's success to an increased budget rather than acknowledging their own shortcomings and simply facing up to the fact that we now have a guy in charge who knows what he's doing and is simply just much, much better at the job.

King has breathed new life into the club and we are definitely going places. Those with the talent and strength of character to get on board are going to have a lot of fun. The sooner we are shot of all the naysayers and malcontents the better.

Well said Spike, spot on.
I have also spoken to the club and they are happy with the budget and it is within the levels allocated. I'm also led to believe it is in line with the previous budget.
Steve King has a great network of contacts and is a good negotiator, add to that TB and the club are managing the allocated budget and are happy. I'm of the opinion we have a very good manager and a very well run club so absolutely no need to worry.
It's time to put an end to all these rumours as does anybody really think the club would pay more than they can afford. DO ME A FAVOUR........

The Club is in good hands both in the Boardroom and on the pitch.

Our board are a credit to the club and we are very fortunate to have a well run, stable club under their guidence.

What, you think the board are not balancing the books? Our board?
Probably one of the most financially competent boards in football.

I have 100% faith in our board but do we really need 20 plus players. Next season I would expect to lose some of the sick note players once they are out of contract. At the same time, with players returning I would expect us to lose some loan players. The only downside is that some of our loanee players are better than what we already have.

I think similar to you. We do have lots of players in and out loans etc etc but we can be comfortable with two things.

The board know what they are doing.
Steve King knows what he’s doing.

Happy days, a bright future ahead.
