When it comes to budgets and finances I know we have the right people controlling the purse strings and I trust them implicitly. As I said before, the only people making negative noises seem to be those personally connected to players affected by the changes. It's a shame, as I would have hoped all our players would enjoy the ride and embrace the challenge. In the face of overwhelming delight shown by the people on the terraces, I think that disgruntled friends and family chipping away from the outside is so transparent and not helpful to anyone. We are on a fantastic run and as a lifelong fan of over half a century I am absolutely loving every minute. I'm not going to let a bit of muck raking spoil that feeling.

Agreed. Billy has had a rough ride with injuries and trying to get back in the team, but he has embraced the new regime and fought his way back superbly He's doing brilliantly at the moment and is playing a huge part in our current run of success.

What a joy yesterday was! Great crowd seeing as they brought about ten fans and a excellent atmosphere. I havent been coming long but you can sense something good is happening under Kingie. Credit must go to the fans today (esp the drummers) they are a loud , friendly bunch and have made me feel very welcome to stand with them. I thought we made Oxford look poor, it was a penalty ( but seen them not given) third goal was superb. I have been really impressed with our keeper, he catches everything and has improved since I first saw him. Dartford board deserve a lot of praise for making this a family club and for picking the best non leauge manager in the business. Onwards and upwards, plus the service in bar today was superb!!

Yesterday, we may have only played at our best in spurts, but wasn’t it entertaining? The style of football has got just about every supporter jumping with joy at the difference in our performances since the change of management. And with the number of clean sheets were are now accumulating it is obvious that the confidence is spreading throughout the team from back to front. Every new signing that Steve King has made, whether permanent or loanee, that is appearing on a regular basis, have added to our play in a positive way.

I absolutely look forward to every game now. I can’t wait for Saturday. Win lose or draw I know the game won’t be a bore😁

Someone asked where would we would be if we had Steve King from the beginning of the season. We would all be suffering from vertigo! And would probably be looking down at Welling through a pair of binoculars to have any chance of seeing them.
Hard to choose MOTM but Luke just nicked it for me. Thought Elliot was looking a bit jaded, by his standards, yesterday. Not surprised due to the amount of running he's done for us this season.
Not surprised either that SK took him off. This manager knows how to get the best out of his players and I have complete faith in him managing Elliot's game time to keep him in top form.
