Bad day at the races. Not overly surprising though. Will be interesting to hear if we were rubbish or if Concord were decent.

Awful start with Wall scoring inside the first few minutes. We had the majority of the ball for 60-70 mins of the game but we were nowhere to be seen in the final third with the cutting edge, final pass and goal scoring instinct seriously lacking. Think the boys need some shooting practice with every chance going over the bar. I didn’t think Concord were anything special and took 2/3 chances they had with the second goal being particularly poor on our behalf.

Onto the next game against Wealdstone who will be buoyant after beating previously unbeaten Woking on Monday.

MOTM - Ben Greenhalgh. The only player who had any creativity in him with every ball creating a chance. Worked his socks off and deserved more.
