It’s difficult to tell but from what I’ve seen in the footage it looks as though their forward has possibly brushed his leg against Sesay’s head when he’s on the floor and Sesay has made a meal of it and chased him.
As the Tonbridge player has gone to run away Josh has then Swung his arm out as though he’s tried to grab the Tonbridge players chest and he goes down like a sack of shit. The ref has possibly seen it as a punch and issued the red card.
Stupid thing is it’s almost directly in front of the ref and any ref is likely to give a red card for that sort of thing as it was a retaliation.
IMHO Josh was stupid as there was only about 3 - 4 minutes left to go. Difficult to tell how much of a connection between the Angels player and Sesay’s head as to whether a yellow should’ve been issued.

Never a red card, don't know what the ref saw and surely enough there for the club to use if they appeal.
It was all handbags as they say, and that includes the foul on our keeper. If that's a straight red card then you'd be seeing 7 or 8 a week, but it's worth remembering that we were 3-0 up and didn't really need to react to this at all.

Whilst i agree Josh shouldn't have reacted did he do enough to warrant a red card?
IMO he didn't.

Josh should never have given the ref cause to make a judgement

Having watched it a few times and after editing to slow it down, I’m more convinced that their player stood on Sesay’s hand

Although it’s not 100% clear, may I congratulate you on making a terrifying video. You may also like “The Disintegration Loops”, by William Bazinski.

Maybe if our keeper stopped falling down every time he touched the ball the situation would not have occurred. I can see him being sent off before too long with this tactic or maybe he has dropsy, either way it's bloody annoying and very embarrassing.

As for the game, we looked like a top three team, what a turnaround from the debacle at their place. The two back to back wins sets up the New Year's game nicely.

Sesay is okay with me for all his antics.

I am happy with his 'keeping ability, but not all the time wasting, is it part of a young keeper's education these days? Getting booked so early on for it against Welling was an embarrassment. Hopefully he will get it out of his system, but until then perhaps we will have to lay-off opposing goalies when they slow things down. Don't want to be hypocritical do we? Well maybe.
